Recipe: Mojito

I love mojitos (pronounced "mohito"). They have just the right sweetness to them to make any outing refreshing. And they're easy to make if you just want to have a swig after a long day at work.
Ingredients
- Rum 1.5 oz
- 12 Fresh spearmint leaves
- 1/2 lime
- Club soda 7 oz
- Simple sugar syrup 2 Tbsp. (or 4 tsp. sugar)
Recipe
- Gently crush mint leaves
- Lightly squeeze lime in a cool tall glass
- Pour sweet syrup to cover
- Fill glass with ice
- Add Bacardi Rum, club soda, and stir your emerging mojito well
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a few sprigs of mint.
