Recipe: Chocotini
The passing of a favorite bar (The Tiny Lounge) for the sake of progress (the El expansion), was cause for near mutiny for many, many sad drunks. It was a beautiful bar with large, semi-circle booths, that made schmoozing with pals and gals a delight.
Although it is not quite as good as the Tiny's signature Chocotini (not to be confused with the Lycheetini, Appletini, or Cheetotini), our recipe does come close.
Ingredients
- 30g chocolate ice cubes
- 45 ml vodka
- 45 ml Godiva Chocolate liqueur
- Half & Half
- Melt chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water.
- Dip the rim of a martini glass in the chocolate.
- Chill.
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the vodka, Godiva Chocolate liqueur, and a dash of Half & Half.
- Shake well and strain into the martini glass.
- Drop a Hershey's Kiss in. Nice, milky delight.
